We got estimates from several other pool builders before deciding on Joe at Outback Pools and Waterfalls. When Joe came to give us our estimate, he had been at another job working all day. We realized he wasn't "just a salesperson," … More but a person who took pride in his company and their work. He was so knowledgeable about every aspect of our remodel and very patient with our many, many questions.
Everything was completed on schedule and Joe and his crew are just the nicest bunch of folks we have ever dealt with. This will sound prudish, but not one swear word was uttered the whole time Joe and co. were working. They were actually laughing and having a great time, which exemplifies that they truly love what they do and that shows in the quality of their work.
Joe provides his cell phone number and is always available for a text or call. He responds almost immediately every single time. He wants his customers to be happy and satisfied. We are SO grateful we chose Outback Pools and Waterfalls. They're the best of the best, work extremely hard, care about their customers, and we now have a gorgeous oasis right outside our back door thanks to them! -

They make it a point at the end of the day to have the construction site clean and tidy. Both have been upfront in explaining the process and attentive to our needs. I first have to apologize to Shawn and Joe for taking so long to finalize the review. The pool was completed in March and it has exceeded our expectations. As from the start, Joe and Shawn maintained a high level of professionalism. The construction site was always clean and tidy throughout the whole build. There were a few minor issues that were dealt with immediately. Shawn spent time on an off day to go over some of our concerns. We have had no issues with our pool and have been extremely satisfied with everything that Outback has done. The only criticism is I felt that we did not go over the functions of the pool in depth. I am a new pool owner and did not have a good knowledge base of the ins and outs of a pool. This criticism is most likely due to not being able to make it to all the meeting with the Jandy reps and the lack of Outbacks understanding of the wireless system they installed however I have no doubt that if I called Shawn or Joe with any questions or concerns they would immediately answer. The pool is great so I have had no reason to call Outback. If you are looking to get a pool installed or fixed I would highly recommend Outback for your needs. Pictures will be uploaded soon!
